BSEB’s MISSION - to build secure parent-child connections from inception by enhancing strengths and knowledge throughout pregnancy, birth and parenting for families experiencing perinatal disparities and adversities while reducing the costs of preventable adverse outcomes related to pregnancy related complications and child maltreatment

BSEB’s VISION - a community in which positive parent/child attachment is prevalent and where families can readily obtain the fundamental necessities for parenting such as; food, employment, childcare, education, housing, medical support and more, regardless of race, gender, citizenship or other legally protected status
