mothers, fathers, partners, parents involved within the DCF reunification process, DCF Youth transitioning into the DMHAS YAS program
The Connecticut Department of Children and Families (DCF):
families in need of Intensive Postpartum Support (IPS) services, comprehensive in-home parenting education services, families involved in the reunification process, pregnant youth
Any Pregnant Teen/Young Adults primarily residing in New London County & Waterbury area's:
in need of prenatal & doula supports, birth & parenting education & community resource connections, are not actively involved other perinatal support or community doula services
***All services are voluntary and provided through grant funding at no cost to clients***
DCF involved youth may be eligible through grant funding or WAF agreements
